Australian Cattle Dog Health Survey

This survey has been developed in cooperation with the Australian Cattle Dog Health Education and Welfare, Inc (ACDHEW) Board to determine the top health concerns among breeders and owners.

After answering a few questions about your experience in the breed, you will be asked to identify the top five health concerns in ACDs.

Based on your experience, what do you believe are the top five health concerns in ACDs? Check ONLY up to FIVE of the major health areas. Within the major areas, check those individual diseases that you believe are the most relevant to the ACD.
