OFA Champions of Health Rushmore and Niklas

This month the OFA is pleased to feature two dogs from Judith Russell’s Karnovanda Kennels as our Champions of Health.  Both boast OFA Excellent Hips, both have CHIC numbers, both have had outstanding show careers, and both descend from a long line of health tested dogs.

On the left is Ch. Karnovanda’s North By Northwest, Rushmore, owned by Maryl Foster, Donna Beckman, and his breeder Judith Russell. Rushie has been the #1 Siberian Husky in the US for both 2006 and 2007 in all breed competition. He has won 26 All Breed Best In Shows, and over 100 Group Placements.

On the right is Ch. Karnovanda’s Niklas Wolf, Niklas, owned by Correen Pacht and his breeder Judith Russell. Niklas is the top winning Siberian Husky of All-Time in Canada with 99 All Breed Best In Shows. He is also a Best In Show winner in the US, and a Westminster KC Best of Breed winner.
